Bob was born and raised in Thailand. He learned Thai massage at a very early age through his grandfather who was a Thai traditional massage therapist in the Kalasin province of Northeastern Thailand. He was fascinated with how his grandfather was practicing Thai massage along with Thai herbal medicine, especially using the herbal hot press to ease the pain and inflammation of his clients. Many clients brought sticky rice, vegetables, fish, meat and homemade whiskey to exchange for his grandfather service. His grandfather was a well-known Thai massage therapist in the local and wide-range communities.

In addition, Bob has studied under two diffent Thai massage masters, from Bangkok and Changmai province of Thailand, who both have many years of experience in theirs practices.
