Owner Sam Geisser is a highly skilled barber who takes great pride in his craft. His passion for providing the very best barber service, along with the best customer service available, is evident in every aspect of the shop. After much research in the best barbering schools and environments, Sam moved from Helena to Portland, OR to learn the barber trade in the city dubbed the "Barbering Mecca." He got the diverse experience he was looking for and returned to Montana to work in an extremely busy shop in Bozeman.

Apprenticing under a third-generation barber and two other very experienced and skilled barbers, Sam was able to immediately put to use the skills he had learned on a customer base that wanted the highest quality cuts and services. After two and a half years, he decided to pursue his goal of owning his own shop. He and his wife decided to re-establish in Helena and pursue the dream. After a year of booth renting at a shop, it became very apparent that Helena needed a Reformation in the barbering industry, hence the name. Reformed Barber Co. was established in September of 2018 and has accrued an extremely loyal and supportive following.
