Born in Pennsylvania (studied art/language/philosophy), migrated to Colorado (graphic designer & grad student) and last 9 years in Hawaii.

I am a lover of life and support activity and movement as #1 in staying healthy.

My studies began with a year of just Qi Gong and Tai Ji along with Kung Fu (shaolin style) meditation and profound self-healing. I understand what it feels to deal with illness and pain. Awarded a Master of Oriental Medicine Degree from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado in 2005. She began her first year of practice in Summit County Colorado.

In my spare time I enjoy aerial silk, fire dance with hoop and poi/performer, the ocean, hiking etc. She enjoys meeting new faces, networking, as well as creating sunrise shell jewelry, painting, singing, drumming, so grateful for each and every day.
