Business Description

Suzanna Bliss founded a small herbal business named Rooted Wisdom in 1989.

It eventually blossomed into a product line, shop, school, and private practice.

In time, this led to her earning a second master's degree and a diplomate in acupuncture and opening Bliss Healing Acupuncture and Natural Health in Montpelier.

She has also taught health-related courses for various Vermont colleges since 2000.

Suzanna lives in Middlesex with her husband Steve, 2 black cats, and 1 beta fish. They have all almost survived a summer of extensive home renovations.

Something that no-one here, except Steve, knows is that,

while she taught Nutrition at CCV Montpelier, her classes hosted 6 consecutive years of

Feast to Feed fundraising dinners that raised several thousands of dollars for the

VT Foodbank and hundreds more for other local charities.
