Business Description

Christie got her start in fitness at an early age and through high school she was tearing up the lacrosse field where she learned to love long runs, and long swims in the pool on the swim team. Her true passion for fitness came when she started training women at Curves. She became addicted to seeing others' results.

Not only does Christie love challenging others, but she loves challenging herself. She loves a good road race and doesn't mind getting dirty in the name of fitness!

Christie gets credit for coining the phrase, "Yes you can!" (normally when you hear this, you are in pain, good pain, but pain)

Christie has her AFAA Primary Group Fitness Certification.
