Angie Nevarez is the owner and principal planner of the New York City based company BATON NYC.
Angie began her career over 15 years ago in advertising at MTV Networks. Working for Creative Edge Parties, she produced an average of 150 events per year, giving her the opportunity to work in nearly every event venue in the tri-state area. As the Director of Special Events at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, she speant 5 years overseeing annual multi-million dollar galas, celebrations around the new building and countless exhibition openings.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Angie lives on the Upper West Side with her husband Richard and their daughter, Little Miss Bowe.
