Business Description

Linda Gerson is the owner of Awakening Chi - Qigong and Tai Chi Classes. She is a certified Tai Chi Instructor and practitioner since 1992.

My passion is great for sharing this healing art with students. I create a safe space for them to explore their movement and balance, develop their core and cultivate internal energy. I love seeing the progress of the students. Classes are focused, as well as, fun; supportive and empowering. The atmosphere is one of honoring the self and others, mindful movement, supportive, non judgmental.
