We bought Auto Xpress in January 2020. Reg researched long and hard before purchasing this shop. Living in the neighborhood we knew it had been in Allen for many years. We knew it had a lot of good reviews with the odd bad one. We knew there have been several owners/managers over the years. We knew Scott, the mechanic, had excellent reviews since his hire date in August 2019. We thought this was the perfect opportunity for us. An established business with an experienced mechanic that needed a dedicated owner that would be there for the long haul. We want our staff to know we want to take this business to the next level. Integrity in the auto repair business is what we strive for. We will focus on building a reputation in the community as a shop that will only sell you what you need. We will not succumb to the up-selling strategies that are common in the industry.
