Business Description

Jeff Manning has been teaching Yoga since 2001. His teaching style has been heavily influenced by the Iyengar method, where the key principles are alignment and safety. He uses his knowledge of the body to create therapeutically focused classes. Jeff studied for 3 years at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco for teacher training. He currently takes classes from master teacher Gabriel Halpern in Chicago. Jeff also holds a B.A. in Recreation with emphasis in therapeutics and is a Massage Therapist at the AYC.
