Business Description
Assembly of the Wandering Shepherd is the culmination of my many years in ministry and in dog training.
As the human half of a therapy dog team I learned first hand how many people do not receive any support when their animals die. I not only set out to find a way to help people through the sadness of pet grief but also how to limit the pain our animals find themselves in as they age in the hopes of extending their lives.
Not only am I available to talk with people as they navigate the pain that comes from a pet dying but I have created dog classes that can provide health, fitness, and joy to the lives of dogs, and their humans, in the many years before they travel "over the rainbow bridge."
Our animals, whether they have fur, feathers, or scales, are our family members. I love providing a safe space for people to build, and mourn, those relationships.
