My passion for massage therapy comes from 15 years of work experience as a social worker, helping to promote the well-being of individuals in challenging life situations. Having become a mother to two rambunctious little boys, and then surviving cancer, I decided it was time to take my life in a new direction. It is my mission to focus on building Zen into my own life, as well as those around me. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapy, and Pre and Perinatal Massage, and I've completed advanced training in oncology massage and I recently completed a course on Structural Table Thai.
