I have been doing this work on a professional level on the commercial end of the spectrum. My job for years was to build the mechanical systems for commercial buildings and price them all at the same time. That means provide building owners and architects with working plumbing, working heating and cooling and in some cases working electrical packages. This would then go onto blue prints and be bid on by the many general contractors around the City of Chicago. After years of doing this type of work for others and generally getting board of making the same old types of packages I decided to use my knowledge to help the local households around where I live. I found my nitch in service on the residential end and its all been smooth sailing since. I like to be out of the office and out with the common home owner, showing them how to better take care of their largest investment from my point of view. Most really appreciate that I am very fair with my billing and that I educate them.
