Business Description

Surly it's not the only story like it, but it's mine. Some years I was 320 pounds, out of shape, sitting on my butt in a corporate job, very unhealthy, angry and unmotivated. Everything I didn't want to be... I was just that.

During that time and in my early twenties, I had an ACL injury and begun working with a personal trainer, who would later become my mentor. He saw my needs and potential and was persistent in guiding me to a healthier body resulting in a happier life. His persistence to help me combined with my eagerness to change saved my life, literally. He helped me channel my frustration into an intensity that helped restore my sanity and drive. Since then, I have developed a healthy lifestyle and am stronger and more fit than ever. Indeed a radical change wass made for the better.
