A lot of companies don't want to deal with small projects, but for me there is no such thing as small jobs or minor work. Every customer is important for me and I do everything just like I would do for myself. Honesty and quality is my priority.
In addition, you don't even have to take a day off at work or school, because I do provide my services in the evening also, without any extra charge.
My hourly rate is $35/hour.
After FREE estimate, to start working with me, the minimum you need to order is my "Starter Service Package" for $100. That Package includes 3 hours of my time.
From my experience: I know there is no perfect houses and there is always something to do, LOL :) If the project is more than 3 hours, you pay $35/h
