Business Description

Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture was not well-known in the mid 80's when I first experienced it here in Texas -- it was most "miraculous" and, looking for a career change, I began to explore how to learn this medical practice without having to be Chinese or got to Beijing to study. Long story short: The Chinese & Beijing came to me at the American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Houston. After earning degrees in Physical Therapy, Forest Science, & Electronics, I pursued the study in Houston and retained a faculty position there thru 2014. My practice in Galveston allows a respite from the fast-paced city life in and around Houston -- the surf is much better here, too.
