Business Description
I have been a fitness coach for over 13 years. I began my coaching career working for International Martial Arts Academy (IMMA) in Fort Lauderdale, FL back in 2007 as the program director and instructor. After 5 year at IMAA, I transitioned into health and fitness coaching. The transition gave me the opportunity to study under Matt Pack of Primal Fit Miami. Through Matt I learned a more wholistic approach to training for the general population and athletes as oppose to traditional body building programming. I worked with Matt for 2.5 years and relocated to Claremont, Ca. In Claremont I managed a private fitness studio and within a short time, my client base grew and the studio was seeing an increase in client acquisition and retention. After 4 years I was offered a position at Equinox in San Diego and quickly gained traction by becoming a mentor and MOD (Manager on Duty). I truly have a passion for this industry and helping people create better habits to ensure a healthier lifestyle.
