Constance, a native of Germany, is a lifelong exercise and active lifestyle enthusiast. Throughout her life Constance has participated in a variety of sports and feels comfortable with a wide range of physical activities. Living in the Bay Area in California, she embraces a healthy lifestyle as much as she can for herself and her 16 year old twins. She has run 7 half marathons, practiced Shotokan Karate for almost 10 years, enjoys swimming, biking and hiking, group exercise classes and strength training. A consummate multitasker, she has embraced a variety of career paths including physical therapy, group exercise instructor, personal trainer, heading a YMCA group exercise department, holistic health coach and nutritionist, and most importantly, a Mom. All of Constance's roles support her philosophy of living a physically active and healthy lifestyle, including eating a predominantly whole-foods, plant-based diet and consuming as little processed foods as possible.
