Business Description

Caitlin's journey to yoga began after years of competing at the elite level of rhythmic gymnastics. After retiring from competition, Caitlin had struggled for a long time to find a daily practice, which was both as challenging and as rewarding as rhythmic gymnastics.

Finally, a friend introduced her to yoga and she began practicing regularly in 2007. Finding a daily practice had a profound effect on her health, her daily choices, and her life in general. Since then, she has been teaching in studios across the US and even a few in Europe. Caitlin loves teaching yoga, and being able to share the joy and benefits of a daily yoga practice with her students.

In 2012, Caitlin returned to Michigan and decided to open her own studio in Glen Arbor. With such beautiful backdrops as Glen Lake, Lake Michigan, the Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Pierce Stocking Drive, it seemed the only thing missing was some yoga. Not anymore, the YOGA SPOT is now open!
