Business Description

Richard Waite is the driving force behind Yachts 4 Fun, and has been introducing others to "the boating life" since last century. His primary goal in starting the company was somewhat personal - he wanted to live the boating lifestyle, but was frustrated by the silly rules and regulations that other charter services offered.

So like any other good entrepreneur, Richard solved the problem by doing it on his own. He bought a boat, learned to drive it, became an expert boating instructor, started a charter company, and here we are. Richard - a USCG licensed captain and a certified powerboat instructor (one of the only ones on the west coast) - enjoys teaching others the art of boating, running charters, and showing fellow boat owners the finer points (and tax benefits) of boat ownership and chartering.
