Miki began her dance training in tap, ballet and jazz at the age of 12. She traveled with "Up With People" and performed as a featured dancer, travelling across the country developing skills in various dance forms such as the African Gumboot and Irish dancing. After Up With People, Miki was accepted into a two-year training at AMDA in New York City. Miki began auditioning and was recruited by the Radio City Rockettes where she danced in their "Casts Across America" as well as at Radio City Music Hall in NYC for seven years. She worked at Tokyo Disney Sea in Encore! National Tours include Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Regional Theatre shows include Cats, 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Gypsy, My Fair Lady, Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Guys and Dolls, Beauty and the Beast, and 42nd Street in which she had the lead as Peggy Sawyer.This earned her an award for Best Actress in a Musical.Other dance experience includes Swing, Ballroom, Funk, Character, and hip hop.
