Business Description
He has 25 years of experience in sports specific training, clinical training, prenatal training, dietary design and counseling, team fitness, and much more. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder while enjoying a great division 1 football carreer under the legendary Bill MacCartney. After a series of injuries ended his NFL dreams while attempting workouts for the St. Louis Rams, he turned his sites onto Fitness and Health.
In the early 90's he studied all of what is considered the "big 5" certifications in the fitness industry including I.S.S.A., N.S.C.A, N.A.S.M., A.C.E., and N.S.C.A.. Later he ventured into spinning instruction being certified by what was then entitled "Cycle Reebok". He also studied under the advanced levels of "Future Fit". Jay truly has had a incredibly dense educational background but gives more credit to his 6000+ clients, as you will often hear him say "The Client is The Textbook"! He trains clients and manages the company!
