Dating back to 1770 with additions as late as 1870, this Virginia Historic Landmark and National Register of Historic Places site has been transformed into a stunning Bed & Breakfast that boasts both faded elegance and modern amenities.

The main house at Welbourne has five main guest rooms, each with private baths, three of which feature Queen canopy beds. There are also three smaller attached rooms that are perfect for children and share baths. Guests are able to relax in all of the common rooms within the house, along with the two covered front and back porches that are complete with rocking chairs.

Each morning, guests are invited to partake in a hearty Southern breakfast, which includes eggs, bacon or sausage, grits, fried tomatoes or apples, and biscuits served at the dining room table. In the evening, guests are welcome to gather in the Parlour and help themselves to cocktails at 6:30.
