Located in Brooklyn, NY, UrbanGlass is a premier art school, art gallery, and store that has been serving the glass art community since 1977. Founded by artists Richard Yelle and Erik Erikson, UrbanGlass was the first artist-access glass center in the United States and remains the largest to this day.

UrbanGlass offers a comprehensive education program of classes, workshops, and intensives in a wide variety of glassworking techniques including glassblowing, hot casting, kiln casting, lampworking, fusing, slumping, neon, mosaics, stained glass, and coldworking. Over 900 students from around the world come to UrbanGlass each year to study and work with world-renowned artists, designers, and acknowledged glass masters.
