Business Description
Manda was introduced to the arts at a very young age. Brought up in a home where art was always being created, naturally, art became her favorite subject in school.
In high school, she interned in a local elementary school art room. It became obvious that her passion was to teach the arts and inspire others creatively. Manda received an AA in the Arts, and a BA in Art Education with a concentration in painting. She continues her education with graduate courses in ceramics and Special Ed.
Manda taught art in the public school system for 6 years before opening the studio. She also taught yoga/pilates part-time at local gyms. She decided to combine her two passions in order to create a unique studio that offered Art & Yoga for all ages.
Manda lives in Urbana, MD. She is married with one son and three little crazy dogs. She enjoys teaching lots of classes, workshops, camps and birthdays at the studio. She is inspired daily by her clients. They truly bring a smile to her face.
