Eileen Downes is owner and program creator of True Essence Fitness and Wellbeing, Inc. She studied with ISSA and received her fitness training certification in 2010. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, Eileen spent 17 years raising her four children and managing her and her husband's home on their beautiful 84 acre farm in Pine Bush, NY. Her vision to teach fitness and mindfulness to women and girls while remaining a stay at home mom was realized when she decided to convert a pole barn into a sacred space for women and girls to get fit, have fun and realize their true essence, which is the unlimited potential within. Eileen's mission is to help women and girls cultivate an inner environment that is congruent with the vision they hold for their body, health and wellbeing. Her inside-out approach integrates physical fitness, mindfulness practice and spiritual connectedness.
