Founded in 2004 by Mark and Lorraine Fulks, Treasured Moments Bridal & Formal Wear started as a small shop on Market St. in Boardman, OH, taking over what was then Tova's Bridal. Over the next 14 years, the Fulks' grew the business and moved it to its current location on 224, across from the Southern Park Mall. In 2018, the Fulks' retired and sold the shop to its current owner, Sara Ludt.

Sara Ludt, the new owner of Treasured Moments, has a passion for fashion and customer service. A graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Sara started as a seamstress at Treasured Moments back in 2014 before moving to North Carolina where she worked for The Wedding Dress Shoppe in Wilmington. In the summer of 2018, Sara moved back to the Youngstown area to purchase the store and continue the legacy of quality service and beautiful gowns.
