Business Description

Through the study of Yoga Therapeutics I grasped the power of yoga as a therapeutic tool, healing chronic knee issues I'd been struggling with for years. In 2006 I became a certified massage therapist, studying with Donna King of Heartwood Institute. I practiced massage for three years, then undertook the journey to become a Board Certified Structural Integrator AKA "Rolfing" in 2009, studying with Thomas Myers, the developer of the "Anatomy Trains". Tom Myers and his staff helped me to understand the Human Body on a whole other level, as a "tensegrity structure".

I have been a yoga teacher since 2000 when I taught Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Brazil. I became a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher in 2010 after many years of teaching and thousands of hours of study and practice.
