Business Description
Jeff Hughes holds a BS in Physical Education and has maintained a private training practice since 1988. He began working as a fitness trainer at the Turnberry Spa in Miami; renowned for its celebrity clientele, and then went on to own and operate his own fitness businesses in Los Angeles and New York City, working with entertainment and corporate professionals.
Jeff's guidance as a trainer, focuses on the concept fitness is a lifestyle, not a "quick fix." He has always had a strong interest in young athletes coaching football and boy's & girl's track at the high school level, teaching as an adjunct physical education instructor at Columbia Greene Community College from 2009 through 2013 and being the proud sponsor of the Special Needs kid's Race for SEAN'S RUN.
