A year later, he opened a second location in Bozeman. In 1970, a new store was built on North 19th Avenue to replace the original two stores. Today, the grocery store still operates in that location and continues to serve southwest Montana communities.

In 1986, Jerry and Jim Perlinski, Andy's sons, purchased the family business from their father and mother, Bernice. Two years later, the company formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and the ESOP purchased Jim's interest in Town & Country Foods. In 2007, the store expanded by opening a location in Livingston, and in 2010, a third store opened in Bozeman at 1611 South 11th Avenue. In 2013, the ESOP purchased Jerry Perlinski's interest in Town & Country Foods, and the store became 100% employee-owned.
