Business Description

Amy is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Holistic Health Coach who is dedicated to helping individuals ignite the natural healing abilities of the body, mind, and spirit.

Following her own experiences of trauma and loss, Amy witnessed the profound effects of natural and holistic healing modalities on her emotional, physical, and mental health--and realized her innate ability and passion for helping others heal from the root cause. She uses a holistic approach to guide others to heal through a unique combination of sound healing, energy work and nutritional/lifestyle coaching.

Since 2013 she has trained, studied and practiced in both San Diego and New York City through private practice, community healing events, and giving treatments to patients at Sharp Memorial Hospital.

Amy's philosophy looks at the total person, and she welcomes working through all stages of each individual's journey.
