Scott Hayden has been playing guitar and bass for more then twenty years. He is a very experienced musician with an extensive touring and studio background. For the past ten years he has enjoyed teaching numerous private lessons throughout Southern California. At the age of seventeen he started teaching at Alta Loma Music and worked there for six years.
Currently he plays in the bands I Hate Kate and Darling Thieves with front-man Justin Mauriello (previously of Zebrahead). During the past four years he has toured the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. He has toured and played with the likes of Social Distortion, My Chemical Romance, The Smashing Pumpkins, Chevelle, Angels and Airwaves(former members of Blink 182), Hot Hot Heat, Plain White T's, Secondhand Serenade, Shiny Toy Guns, The Living End, Unwritten Law and many more. His album Embrace The Curse was released internationally through the label Glassnote Records. His music has been featured on MTV.
