Business Description
Christopher was overweight as a high school student. He refers to the experience as he was one of the "fat kids." During his Sr. year of high school he decided to join cross country. His decision was spurred due to the fact he had signed up for the United States Marine Corps and understood he would never be able to make it if he did not make a drastic change.

During that time he studied hard to get certified to become a personal trainer.
