Kathryn was first introduced to energy healing work in the early 2000s. She started working with a Quantum healer in 2017 for health issues that were puzzling and has never looked back. Reading and soaking in everything she could for years until she was introduced to Eden Method by Donna Eden’s book Energy Medicine. Kathryn believes that the human body can heal itself. Consciousness plays a large role in our ability to heal, where our mind goes we follow. We are born with an inherent wisdom and knowledge to heal and we can tap into the wisdom that brings resilience, radiance, and our life force. She Provides Group Workshops, Energy Medicine Classes, and Individual Sessions for those of all ages who wish for energetic balance, vitality, optimal health, and joy.
