Co-owner, Choreographer and Advanced Level Instructor

Jennifer's passion for fitness is rooted in a life long dance career. She discovered her love for dance at a young age, which eventually led her to Louisiana Tech University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater with an emphasis in dance. She is currently the resident choreographer for Donelson Christian Academy's show choir and fine arts department. She is also a wife and mom to 3 boys and her greatest joy is spending time with them.

Calie Shackleford

Co-owner, Holistic Health Coach & Advanced Level Instructor

Calie is a strong believer in the connection between a healthy body and a healthy mind. She is a certified holistic health coach and received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is admittedly obsessed with real food and loves spending time in the kitchen with her husband of more than a decade and their two rowdy boys.
