I began this business in means to make a difference in this world. As we are still fairly new, my goal is to create a place for kids to get ecstatic about. Once graduating High School, I then attended a local community college, Orange Coast College, which further became a nationally accredited school. Moving forward from working and managing gourmet food trucks, I moved into the industry scene of restaurant chef. Having gone through the ups and downs, I decided to open up shop.
