Business Description

Mr. Tomar is the president of Terrapin Information Services Corp. Mr. Tomar graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a degree in Information Science. He worked in the Managing Director's Office for the City of Philadelphia where he was heavily involved in implementing computer technology for municipal services. He moved to Washington DC area in and worked for a number of consulting firms as an employee and contractor. In 1982 he started his own business to assist business with computerization.

Mr. Tomar was involved in teaching people how to use their computers and taught over 500 computer classes for many organizations. At that time he also taught classes at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland.

Mr. Tomar has been involved in a wide assortment of computer projects from software development, hardware and network installation, web-sites and web development training and trouble-shooting.
