Business Description

Fabiana Rezak, is a former top national junior player in Argentina, college level division one player, and Tennis Association clinician for physical education teachers. In addition to being a certified tennis teacher for 35 years, Fabiana is a group fitness instructor teaching many mind and body disciplines such a Pilates, yoga, tai chi.

Being a busy mom of two, and sidelined for a few months due to personal health challenges, it was hard for Fabiana to teach or drive her daughter to tennis practices. In an unfurnished living room, she devised a way to teach her daughter footwork and tennis techniques at the slower pace of tai chi. This helped both teacher and student feel better by increasing their strength, mobility and flexibility, and Tennixise was born. Besides helping her daughter improve her swinging form and performance in competitions, Fabiana slowly found her way to the courts again and now as a certified fitness professional spreads her passion about Tennixise.
