Cindy W. Skiles is the President and founder of Teays Physical Therapy Center, Inc. (TPTC) which opened its doors in 1990. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Cindy's post-graduate education focuses on functional retraining for industrial, orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as courses regarding the business aspect of the rehabilitation industry. She is credentialed in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy of lumbar and cervical pain and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the West Virginia Chapter of APTA. Cindy has spent most of her career working in the private practice sector.
