Business Description

Tamar is a Classical Pilates instructor and professional free-lance dancer. Fitness and healthy living has always been central for her, and she has a passion for helping people feel good in their own bodies. Tamar was trained through the Romana's Pilates Training Program. She completed 900+ hours of rigorous instruction including observation of master instructors, practice teaching, and 3 practical and written exams.

She has experience working with all different types of bodies, from young athletes, to older bodies, to those with chronic pain or recovering from injury.

Her goal is to use the Pilates method to help you feel and look your very best. For when we connect our minds to our bodies, we can truly achieve great things!
