Dana is a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Vinyasa Flow and is also an IM=X Certified Pilates Instructor. With more than 8 years of teaching experience, Dana is adept at accommodating all levels of fitness and expertise in her classes making them both enjoyable and beneficial to both beginners and seasoned students alike.
