Business Description

Mel Jr along with his Pops Mel Sr own and operate Stott's Fishing Adventures. The Stottlemyre family is well know throughout the Northwest for their baseball careers in Major League Baseball. Mel Sr pitched and coached for the New York Yankees while both Sons Mel Jr and Todd followed in Dad's footsteps. Today, Mel Jr still coaches for the Arizona Diamondbacks and runs the Stottlemyre fishing business. The Stottlemyre's grew up the Great Northwest fishing rivers for Salmon and Steelhead. Their fishing passion followed them throughout baseball, getting opportunities to fish during Spring Training and on off days. Mel Sr paved the path for the boys in baseball and now they take their other passion to the river, guiding fishing clients from all over the world. Join them for a true Idaho Adventure
