Biggs also produced the "Festival Fountain" at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas in 1992 and animated the dragon heads for the three-headed dragon for the Sinbad show in S. Korea. His biggest and last big project was as a special effects guy on the movie "Conair."

Biggs started Special Effects Supply in West Bountiful and moved to North Salt Lake in 1999. In 2001, the business discontinued its haunted house devices due to the 9/11 tragedy. However, in 2007, Special Effects Supply became one of Ben Nye's largest dealers.
