Business Description

Dale F. Hardy, O.D. graduated cum laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1977. After 6.5 years in the military and 5 years in a group practice, he moved to Utah. After working for other people for 4.5 years, he decided that he wanted to own his own business. South Valley Eyecare was born out of his desire to have state-of-the-art equipment and to have a practice that would cater to families looking for personalized service. Dr. Hardy is currently the President of the Utah Optometric Association, volunteers as the Utah Clinical Director for Special Olympics Lions Club International Opening Eyes, and sings (along with his wife) in the Sally Bytheway Chorale.
