My passion for wellness began at a young age. I grew up loving running and clean eating. With time, I deepened my appreciation for yoga, accomplished some challenging races, and explored ways to fuel my body.

Using an array of ancient and modern techniques, I empower high-achieving & soul-full leaders to feel healthy and balanced through private yoga sessions.
