After much "oohing and ahhing," they purchased 75 stunning acres and built a bed and breakfast. Skyridge Inn Bed and Breakfast was the first lodging facility in Southern Utah to receive the coveted 4-Diamond rating from AAA. Karen was the principal architect, interior, and landscape designer for Skyridge. Sally was the chef and business manager. Jerry and Shauna purchased the inn in 2001, and they developed Country Inn with fine dining, which continued for ten years.
Kim and Irene Langton purchased the Skyridge Inn in July 2008. Kim is a superintendent at the Yupiit School District in the mouth of Denali National Park in Healey, Alaska. Irene has worked in Healey, Alaska, as a Pre-School teacher. Their love and zest for the outdoors are mutually shared by their four children and eleven grandchildren.
Irene, who was born in Honduras in Central America, adds a warm Spanish hospitality to the Inn. Her breakfasts are exquisite and will leave you full with energy for your day's activities. The Skyridge Inn is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience that you will remember for a lifetime.
