Business Description

My own journey of self-realization led me first to meditation and then to energy healing practices. I have been fortunate to study both disciplines under wonderful teachers. I became certified in the Simple, Easy, Every Day Meditation™ (SEED) method, created by Sarah McLean in 2013. What drew me to her type of teaching was its accessibility to anyone. I believe everyone is their own best compass and a wonderful way to get in touch with that inner compass is through meditating as well as mindfulness practices. After teaching meditation for several years, I felt called to study energy work and integrate it into my practice. I completed certification with the Four Winds Light Body School which teaches energy medicine based on ancient Shamanic practices. During the two years I spent studying with skilled healers in the US and Peru, I experience personal healing and deep cleansing while learning very practical processes for sensing and shifting energy.
