Business Description

I grew up around the pool at Sherman Swim School, teaching swimming and competing in diving. I was an All-American & national top-ten age group diver during my high school years. I was recruited to BYU where I was a scholarship diver. After graduation, I became a Swim Instructor in Cancun, Mexico, then a Ski Instructor in St. Moritz, Switzerland. A few years, & a few jobs later, my Dad asked me if I wanted to take over the swim school.

My wife, Laurie, and I bought the business from my dad, Bob Sherman, in 1993.

What I still love most is working with children and seeing the look in their eyes when they first learn to swim, or when a diver learns a dive they never imagined doing!
