Janet Lombardi was very eager to help new stylists build their business and train them to be better at their craft. Education was a fixed part of the salon. After 11 years and pioneering LODO, Janet moved the salon up to 16th and Tremont. The salon grew to 3300 square feet and employed 23 stylists, estheticians and manicurists. In 2003, Janet opened a second location in Lakewood. A new area called Belmar. This was a full salon and spa, employing over 25 people for all hair care needs, facials, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures. After 32 years, the Downtown location was closed and Janet focused on her Lakewood location. You can now find Janet inside Latherhouse in Belmar.
