Business Description

Steve lives in Red Lion with his two children, born and raised in Maryland. He relocated his family to Pennsylvania after completing his service in the USMC. After spending several years in a automotive retail management career Steve decided to start his personal training business so he can help others achieve the same benefits he received from losing weight and incorporating regular exercise and a healthy diet into his lifestyle. Having been overweight as a child and as an adult, he can relate to his clients unlike most trainers. He holds his personal training certification with the International Sports Sciences Association and also has studied Psychology and Kinesiology at Penn State. Steve is an avid weightlifter and enjoys teaching others the basics of strength training, specifically for fat loss. His time spent away from the gym involves coaching youth sports and spending time with his family.
