I am the owner of Seabeck Landing Massage. Before my career as a massage therapist, I worked as a merchandiser for food, wine and beer. This was a fun job but very hard on my body. I had a few lower lumbar sprains that kept me out of work on a number of occasions. The healing touch of massage and chiropractic care helped me get on my feet again. Massage was something I alway wanted to do especially after I personally felt the benefits from it. So I decided to change careers and it was the best thing I ever did!!
Learning and going to school for massage has taught me how amazing the human body really is. Massage is a physical job too but It has taught how to take better care of myself and how important eating right, getting enough sleep and de-stressing really is.
